For my project, I built an app that generates recipes using AI. I noticed this need because I recently started living on my own, and sometimes it’s hard to decide what to cook. The entire project was built with AI — I didn’t write a single line of code.
It’s amazing to see and learn how to use AI. With well-structured prompts and the right context, you can build anything from a database schema to the frontend without any issues. It’s important to have technical knowledge to guide the AI, but its capabilities are truly remarkable.

With my team, we created our own methodology inspired by the master’s program and developed a system called PrebriefAI to turn client ideas into implementation-ready prompts.

Before working with LIDR, we knew we needed to improve coordination between Product and Technology. We had strong ideas, but we lacked a clear method and a shared language. The workshop they ran together with AWS was a turning point: in just two days, we aligned more than 80 people, structured ideas using Design Thinking, storytelling, and OKRs, and created initiatives with real impact.
The most valuable part was seeing the silos disappear. Teams started collaborating for real, prioritizing with clarity, and building solutions within hours. Many of the ideas generated are already in motion.
After the program, we started with the development team, introducing tools like Cursor and several internal agents, and the results came very quickly. Using DORA metrics, we saw clear improvements: more than a 15% increase in development speed, a 25% reduction in production errors, and a 35% decrease in the time from first commit to production. In just one month, more than 32,000 lines of code reached production, generated with AI assistants.
What I value most about AI4Devs is that it didn’t stop at theory or flashy demos. It gave us a practical framework to measure, implement, and support the team through the change, reducing fear and resistance. Today, we don’t just have AI-empowered developers — we’re getting closer every day to becoming a truly AI-powered company.
