Ignite program from Lidr has impacted a lot the Tech team at Bridge for Billions!

One of our Tech leads had the opportunity to enroll in the program, and in just a few weeks, he was able to unleash a hidden potential by learning key tools and skills in a very actionable course. 

Right after the Program ended, our colleague brought a lot of new ideas to our team, took the initiative, kicked off some blocked projects, and proposed changes to improve our current processes. More than that, he shows more thorough leadership while mentoring others, causing a snowball effect of soft skills sharing in all our team.

The mentoring sessions have been quite productive in terms of opening new lines of thinking: I have been challenged to think out of my comfort zone, and have been guided through some of the areas where I needed to improve the most.

To anyone thinking about joining Ignite, I would say that there’s no doubt about it. Do it. There’s nothing you can lose and a lot that you will earn. You will be a totally different person before and after the program.

I would highlight the tools and content that Álvaro has provided to us, of course, is up to you to continue learning and applying this knowledge, but once you are in Ignite you have a framework and a community that directly impacts your skills.
